<p>This species was first discovered in Alabama in Apr 2021 as observed on <a href="https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/74992194">iNaturalist</a>.&nbsp; It is likely recent introduction to Alabama thus not native.&nbsp; It is however native to the U.S.A. to our SW in Texas, Louisiana, and perhaps Mississippi.</p>
